Great breakfast and super helpful staff. Location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
The pillows were not very comfortable and there was no air conditioning in the rooms, so they can get quite hot.

I was satisfied with functional and fairly quiet rooms complete with window in the back and tasty mineral water. The location was good for walking around Aachener Weiher. There were a market and several stores around the hotel.

The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and my room had a window in the back, offering a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The highlight for me was the breakfast, which had an impressive spread of delicious food.
The only minor issue I encountered during my stay was a worn toilet sink.

The staff are friendly and helpful, providing city guides and tips for getting around. The breakfast spread is impressive with a wide variety of delicious options.
